2. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through Big Scottish Adventure are final upon confirmation and subject to the terms outlined herein. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Third-Party Providers
Big Scottish Adventure acts solely as an intermediary between you (the customer) and the third-party activity providers. The activities you book are delivered and operated by independent, third-party companies. These providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of the activities. We accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising during or from the activities.

4. Cancellation and Amendments
We operate a strict cancellation and amendment policy due to the nature of third-party bookings:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made within 10 days of the scheduled activity date.

• A £20 administration fee per person is applicable for any change of date requested within 10 days of the booking.

• Changes are subject to availability and at the discretion of the third-party provider.

• Cancellations or changes outside the 10-day window may be subject to different terms depending on the provider's policy.

5. Responsibility and Liability
While we strive to partner with reputable and experienced activity providers, we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, delay, or loss incurred during any activity. All participants must adhere to the rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by the activity provider. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and eligible to participate in the activity.

6. Insurance and Health
We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel, accident, and health insurance covering high-risk activities. Please consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns prior to participation.

7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
